4. DMARC Data Processing

To provide DMARC monitoring services, ALDODA processes DMARC aggregate reports:

  • Aggregate reports are stored temporarily (up to 72 hours) for processing

  • After processing, relevant data is stored in our database

  • Raw aggregate reports are deleted after processing

  • We do not collect or process DMARC forensic (RUF) reports

  • We do not process email content

DMARC data may include technical information such as sending IP addresses and authentication results.


5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to create accounts, deliver DMARC monitoring services, and manage billing

  • Legal obligation: to retain financial and tax records as required by law

  • Legitimate interest: to ensure platform security, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability

  • Consent: for analytics cookies and optional tracking technologies


6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ALDODA uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality and improve user experience.

  • Essential cookies are always enabled and required for the service to function

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only after user consent

  • Active account data is retained while the account is in use

  • Inactive accounts are stored for up to 12 months

  • Personal data is deleted within one month of a verified deletion request

  • Financial and billing records are retained for up to 5 years to meet legal obligations

We share personal data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our services:

  • Hosting provider: STRATO (EU-based)

  • Payment processor: Stripe

  • Analytics provider: Google Analytics (optional and consent-based)

All third parties process data under appropriate data protection agreements.

ALDODA primarily processes and stores data within the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Welcome to ALDODA. By accessing or using our services, including DMARC monitoring and email security tools, you agree to the following Terms of Service (`TOS`). If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Company Information

2. Eligibility

  • Individuals and businesses can create accounts.

  • Users must have authority to manage the domains they add to the service.

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse or violation of these terms.


3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • Sharing domains between customers is not allowed. Domain migration requires contacting ALDODA support.


4. Free Trial

  • A one-time 14-day free trial is available per customer and per domain.

  • Free trial access is limited to one trial per customer.


5. Paid Plans and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • There are no refunds.

  • If payment fails, customers have 14 days to pay manually. Accounts will be blocked until outstanding payments are settled.


6. Acceptable Use

  • Users may only add domains they own or control.

  • Illegal activities or misuse of the platform are prohibited.

  • ALDODA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


7. Service Limitations

  • The service is provided as is without warranties.

  • ALDODA does not guarantee email delivery, DMARC enforcement results, or complete prevention of phishing or spoofing attacks.

  • Users are responsible for DNS changes, domain ownership, and proper configuration.

  • Maintenance windows may occur; ALDODA will aim to minimize downtime and notify users in advance when possible.


8. Data and Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their domains and DMARC data.

  • ALDODA has a limited license to process data solely to provide the service.

  • Account data is stored for 12 months after cancellation.

  • Financial records are retained for 5 years for legal compliance.


9. Termination

  • Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, account access ends, and data retention rules apply as above.


10. Liability

  • ALDODA provides its services as is.

  • ALDODA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

  • Users acknowledge that all services are used at their own risk.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

  • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.


12. Changes to Terms

  • ALDODA may update these Terms from time to time.

  • The latest version will be available on our website.

  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
